Hey Beautiful Souls,
There’s a moment many of us have felt—when something nudges us toward the medicine. It might not be loud. It might not even be logical. But it’s persistent. A subtle thread that tugs at our inner knowing, saying:
Pay attention. Something deeper is calling.
This week, we’re beginning April by honoring that call.
Whether you’re working with microdosing or macrodosing, this path isn’t just something we choose. In many ways, the medicine chooses us. Not as an escape. But as a mirror. A teacher. A sacred disruption.
And when you say yes to walking the medicine path, you begin to see life differently—not all at once, but moment by moment, breath by breath.
What Draws You to the Medicine?
If you’re here, you’ve felt the call.
For some, it starts with a whisper. For others, it comes during the unraveling—grief, burnout, illness, or a spiritual awakening. Maybe it wasn’t one big moment. Maybe it was many small ones that finally added up to a “yes.”
But here’s what I want to ask you:
What draws you forward now?
Not just what brought you to this path—but what keeps you here?
Maybe it’s the clarity you feel when microdosing.
The breakthrough insight of a macrodose journey.
The way your inner critic softens.
The way you remember who you are.
And maybe, underneath it all, it’s the sense that this work matters—not just for you, but for how you show up in your relationships, your creativity, your life.
That’s the thread I invite you to follow this week.
Microdosing & the Sacred Pull of the Path
What I’ve learned in all my years walking this road is this:
The medicine doesn't just show us who we are—it asks who we’re becoming.
It doesn't give us answers—it creates space for better questions.
It doesn't fix us—it invites us to stop pretending we were ever broken.
The medicine path isn’t a shortcut.
It’s a return.
To presence.
To truth.
To yourself.
And the pull you feel toward this work? That’s wisdom.
It’s not always convenient. It won’t always be comfortable.
But it will always be honest.
How to Honor the Start of the Path
If you’re revisiting or just beginning your journey, try these practices to reconnect with what drew you here:
Write the Origin Story of Your Medicine Path
When did you first hear the call?
What were you feeling, searching for, or moving through?
What told you, deep down, “this is part of your healing”?
Let the Medicine Guide You Inward
On your next microdose day, don’t try to do more.
Instead, do less.
Get quiet. Let the medicine speak. Ask: What do you want me to see today?
Follow the Thread
Whatever insight arises, don’t rush to integrate it. Just notice it.
Let it sit with you. Let it breathe. Let it be the beginning of a conversation.
Alice’s Psychedelic Playlist
This week’s song is one I return to again and again when I need to remember why I said yes to this path:
Let it wash over you. Let it open you.
Tools for Transformation
Journaling Prompt:
What originally pulled me to this work?
What am I hoping to feel or remember by working with the medicine?
Try This:
Choose one day this week to microdose and do nothing. Just listen. Be with what’s present. Trust that’s enough.
In Your Corner, Always
This isn’t about becoming more spiritual or more enlightened.
It’s about becoming more you.
More honest. More tender. More open.
The medicine path is a remembering—and if you’re here, you’re already listening.
