Hello Beautiful Souls,
I'm going off the rails a bit, but I think it's important to address something often overlooked in discussions around psilocybinโ not every mushroom variety is a perfect fit for microdosing. Each variety has its own unique profile, and some are better suited for certain goals or issues than others. Itโs not a one-size-fits-all solution, and that's where the magic of understanding these differences comes into play.
For instance, when I guide people through their microdosing journeys, one of the first things I consider is their intention. Are they looking for clarity, emotional healing, creativity, or something else entirely? Certain varieties of psilocybin may work better for emotional resilience, while others might be better for creative flow or mental clarity. Itโs a deeply personalized process, and one that requires thoughtful consideration.
