No Audio This Week (But Something Deeper Emerged…)

I came down hard with the flu this week. The kind that rearranges your plans and reminds you that rest is not optional, it’s sacred.

There’s no audio guide this week. My voice isn’t quite ready to be in your ears, but my heart still is. And honestly, being sick cracked something open in me—a deeper layer of why this work matters so much. Of why we gather, why we listen, why we pause.

Sometimes the medicine doesn’t come through expected channels. Sometimes it whispers through fevers and blankets and unexpected stillness. This week, I listened.

Thank you for giving me space to be human. I’ll be back next week with something potent—maybe because of this pause, not in spite of it.
