Microdosing primarily involves two substances: psilocybin and LSD. In my work, I specialize in the use of psilocybin, and that's where our primary focus will be.

Why do we call it Microdosing?
Microdosing, a term that has gained popularity in recent years, was once referred to as "subs" due to its association with "sub-perceptual" doses. Silicon Valley innovators embraced it because they recognized that it unlocked doors to enhanced creativity, improved performance, and heightened focus.
I should note that the term "sub-perceptual" can be somewhat misleading. After all, if you can't perceive it, what's the point, right? In essence, what it means is that you are not taking a dose that would induce a full-blown psychedelic experience. You can still go about your daily activities, drive, and work, without any major disruptions. However, you'll notice subtle shifts in your perception – a lighter mood, increased focus, and a brighter outlook.
