I didn’t plan to write this, but here we are
That post stirred something… and the messages you sent back reminded me why I’m here.
Dear one,
This past Saturday, I shared something a little different.
It wasn’t planned or polished. It came through in the moment… something I felt in my bones that needed to be spoken.
And to be honest, I wasn’t sure how it would land.
It was slower… softer… more raw than usual.
But it turns out, that post resonated more than anything I’ve written in a while.
I heard from many of you… quiet messages, beautiful reflections, even a few brave replies that said, “me too.”
And that has stayed with me all week.
Because as much as I write about Micro and Macro dosing, healing, and integration… beneath it all is this:
We are remembering together.
And remembering isn’t linear. It doesn’t arrive on schedule.
It shows up in sacred, unexpected moments… like Saturday.
And it opens the kind of doorway you don’t rush to close.
So I want to pause here… midweek… off-script… and say thank you.
For reading. For responding. For holding that space with me.
And if you’re still sitting with it, I want to ask again:
What are you remembering right now?
What truth has stayed with you… even in the noise of the world?
You can reply to this or leave a comment.
You can also just carry the question quietly.
Either way… I’m here… still listening.
With love,
Alice
P.S.
If you missed Saturday’s post and want to read it, here it is:
It holds something sacred I don’t quite want to let go of yet.
Thank you for walking this path with me.
