Costa Rica, Retreats & Exciting New Offerings
Hello, my friends,
Next week, I’m heading to the jungles of Costa Rica to explore deep medicine spaces—and to give myself some much-needed rest. While I’m there, I’ll be sharing reflections from the jungle (still deciding on a name—open to suggestions!). It’ll be a mix of insights, personal experiences, and whatever the medicine reveals along the way.
Before I dive into updates, I just want to say how deeply touched I am by the emails I’ve received lately. What we’ve created here is such a beautiful, authentic, and loving community. Your stories, your openness, and your willingness to share mean everything. Thank you for being here.
Now, a few things I want to share:
I’m feeling out interest for a Costa Rican retreat in February 2026. Plans are in the works, and if this calls to you, let me know so I can keep you in the loop.
If you’re local to WNC, we also have retreat space and ceremonies happening closer to home. If that’s something you’re interested in, reach out to me personally, and I’ll share more details.
I’m starting a new section in Alice Microdoses called "What I've Learned from the Medicine." This will be a space for real stories of transformation, insight, and growth. If you’ve had meaningful experiences with the medicine and want to share, I’d love to include your story.

If you’re looking for medicine mentorship, this is where we make the distinction between simply taking the medicine and walking the medicine path. It’s about deep integration—bringing the wisdom of the medicine into everyday life, shifting patterns, and truly embodying the insights received. I have just a few spots available for those who feel called to this work.
If you’re interested in becoming a guide or facilitator, I have one spot left in my facilitator training, which begins in April.
Stay tuned for new opportunities coming soon, including an integration circle. A virtual circle will be announced soon—this will be a space to come together as a group, for those walking the medicine path. Integration is truly the most important piece of the medicine space, and I’m excited to create this offering.
