Becoming Isn’t a Destination
Hello Beautiful Souls,
We’re often taught to think of becoming as a finish line.
You’re “becoming” until you get there...
until you arrive...
until you figure it out and everything finally makes sense.
But what if that’s never really the point?
What if becoming isn’t something we reach...
but something we live?
This is the first full week of The Season of Becoming, and already it’s asking us to slow down.
Not just our pace... but how we hold ourselves.
To stop expecting breakthroughs on command.
To stop measuring our growth by what we’ve achieved or how much we’ve let go of.
Because here’s the truth...
You don’t need to transform into someone else to be worthy.
You don’t need to arrive somewhere new to be in your power.
You are becoming — right now... and always.
Microdosing + Emotional Steadiness
One of the quiet gifts of microdosing is how it gently removes the urgency to be “done.”
It softens the reactivity that says you have to fix it all... fast.
It gives your nervous system a little more space to breathe.
And in that space, something sacred happens.
You begin to realize...
Becoming isn’t a before-and-after story.
It’s a relationship with who you are in this moment... and the next.
It’s less about changing... and more about staying present as you shift.
That’s what emotional regulation looks like on the medicine path —
not numbing or avoiding... but learning to stay steady as you grow.
Integration Isn’t Linear
If you’re still in process — good.
If you feel in between versions of yourself — that’s okay.
If the medicine opened something you’re still learning to hold... beautiful.
Integration doesn’t follow a timeline.
And your growth doesn’t have to make sense yet.
So this week...
Can you give yourself permission to not be done?
Can you meet yourself where you are — and let that be enough?
Tools for Transformation
Journaling Prompts:
Where have I been waiting to “arrive” before I let myself rest, soften, or feel proud?
What am I becoming — not someday, but already?
Practice:
Trace your becoming.
Sketch a loose timeline — not of achievements, but of inner shifts.
Moments when you softened...
when you chose differently...
when you paused instead of pushing.
Let it be a reflection, not a report card.
You’ve grown more than you think.
A Song to Walk With
This week’s track is grounding and expansive — a soundtrack for slow integration.
Let it hold you in the space between who you were and who you’re becoming.
There’s wisdom in the pause.
You don’t have to hurry.

What’s Coming This Week
On Wednesday, I’ll send your weekly challenge — a gentle invitation to trace who you’ve been and recognize who you’re becoming.
And on Thursday, your audio guide will arrive — a deeper reflection on living unfinished and trusting the shift before it takes shape.
Because this... right here... is where your power lives.
Let’s Walk This Together
You are not late.
You are not behind.
You are not supposed to be further than you are.
You are becoming... quietly, deeply, beautifully.
And that is more than enough.
With love,
Alice
P.S.
If you haven’t yet explored the Path or Pattern assessment, now is the time to check in. It’s a short, powerful reflection tool I created to help you get honest about your relationship with the medicine — where you’re aligned, where you’re looping, and where something deeper might be ready to emerge.
There are only a few spots open right now in my Walk the Medicine Path Mentorship, and once they’re filled, I won’t be opening new spaces again until winter.
If you’ve been feeling the nudge... this is your moment to listen.
You can take the assessment here:
It only takes a few minutes — and it might bring the clarity you’ve been waiting for.
